How to Flash the NOKIA LUMIA 800 / Refurbish

Here is a short tutorial how to Flash the NOKIA LUMIA 800 with the new Firmware currently available (1600.2483.8107.11501). I Have Currently Installed 11414.



Note there will be all of the Data wiped and you have a clean new System

1.) Download Zune and install it

2.) Then u need to download NCS Nokia Care Suite

and DPM Nokia Datapackage Manager

3.) Install both and start  Nokia Care Suite and from that Nokia Datapackage Manager

4.) In the DPM you search for "rm-801" in the Product Type

It should look like this

I choose Nokia 800 RM-801 Country Variant Switzerland CH MATT BLACK V2 and Im using a branded one from Orange AT.

5.) Download Your File
6.) Aftre Downoading it it Should be located in

- Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Nokia\Packages\Products\rm-801
- Windows 7: C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products\rm-801


7.) Now you need to start over NCS Product Support tool for Store

8.) Plug in your phone and copy after recognize Copy the Product Code

9.) Got to the directory where the download is and Rename the other Product Code with your Product Code

10.) Refresh Product Support Tool and Flash your LUMIA 800
